Please go through the instructions for filling the online form.
1. Applicants should preferably have a valid Email ID. (NOT MANDATORY)
2. Before trying to fill up the Online Application Form first you have to pay the Application Fee of Rs.250/- if you belong to General Category and Rs.150/- if you belong to OBC/MOBC, SC, ST(P) or ST(H) Category through Treasury Challan to the Head of Account “0210-M&PH-03-MET&R-105-Allopathy” and obtain your copy after making the payment, scanned copy of which will be required to be uploaded while filling up the Online Application form. BPL certificate holders need not pay this Application Fee and can directly fill up the Online Application Form, but they will have to upload scanned copy of BPL certificate from competent authority
3. You can make changes in the Application Form before you Click on the Submit Button. Candidate should verify the correctness of entries made in the Application Form before clicking the Submit Button. There is no provision to make changes in the Application Form once submit button is clicked.
4. Applicants need not send copy of Application Form or any Document to this office. However he/she can download printout of Application Form for subsequent use.
5. After reading above instructions to fill Online Application Form, the Applicant has to click on the appropriate College/Hospital from the drop down menu button to display Online Application Form of that College/Hospital.
6. Only documents mentioned are required to be uploaded while registering online but it will be subsequently verified at the time of document verification along with other Original documents.
7. Scan your photograph (maximum 35kb) and your signature (maximum 30kb) and keep ready for uploading during filling up of the Online Application Form.
8. Applicants may apply for different posts of different Colleges/Hospitals. But they will have to apply by filling up separate Online Application Forms for each post and accordingly payment of the Application Fee will have to be paid through separate Treasury Challans for each post
9. PLEASE REMEMBER THE PASSWORD GIVEN BY YOU. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FURTHER LOGIN.
10. AFTER SUCCESSFULL SUBMISSION APPLICANTS ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THEIR ACKNOWLEDGMENT PRINTOUT .
